All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days. Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee, as delivery times may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at arjouzinidal@gmail.com so we can help investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Game Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
